Subsection meeting «Quality assurance and food safety» in the framework of the VII university conference «University Science Region»

April 26, 2019 held a meeting of the section «Safety food» as part of the International Scientific and Practical conferences «Synergy of hospitality: opportunities, challenges and the prospects».

The meeting section was devoted to the study of aspects of legislation in the safety of food raw materials and food in the countries of the Customs Union and the European Union: requirements for food control and method of implementation, requirements for food quality, food labeling requirements, food safety criteria and laboratory requirements control.
